Concessionaires and licensees of telecommunications and/or broadcasting services.


When or in what cases?

When stockholders of the corporations decide to modify or amend their corporate bylaws, in the following cases, without limitation:

- Extension of the corporation’s duration;

-  Dissolution of the corporation;

- Increase or diminishing of capital stock;

- Amendment of its corporate purpose;

- Change of the corporation’s nationality;

- Transformation of the corporation;

- Merger with another corporation;

- Issuance of preferred stock;

- Liquidation by the Corporation of its own shares and issuance of privileged shares, and 

- Issuance of securities.
