5. Legal representative’s phone number, and

6. Legal representative’s electronic mail (optional).

1.    For the case that it will be operated in a location where no authorized towers are located:

1.1. Favorable opinion of the competent aeronautic authority.

1.2. Radiation pattern of the radiation system with at least 72 radials (Radiation diagram of antenna in graphic and tabular forms).

1.3. Digital Services Areas (AS-TDT-I-II) predictive study; and

1.4. Receipt of duties payment, in terms of the Ley Federal de Derechos.

2.    For the case that it will be operated in a location where authorized towers are located:  For the case that it will be operated in a location where authorized towers are located:

2.1. Radiation pattern of the radiation system with at least 72 radials (Radiation diagram of antenna in graphic and tabular forms).

2.2. Digital Services Areas (AS-TDT-I-II) predictive study.

2.3. Multiple operations sketch (COM-TDT-I-II), and

         2.4. Receipt of duties payment, in terms of the Ley Federal de Derechos (know how to submit it before the Institute).

It is suggested that television concessionaires and licensees who request authorization for a repeater for terrestrial digital television verify that it is within the authorized coverage area.

Likewise, in case they want to install the repeater zone in a location where no authorized towers are located and have begun the procedure before the Directorate General of Civil Aeronautics Administration, attach a copy of the acknowledgment of the request filed before such authority.
