Third party, national, accredited and authorized Testing Laboratories.


When or in what cases?

Third party, national Testing Laboratories accredited in terms of the  Lineamientos para la acreditación, autorización, designación y reconocimiento de laboratorios de prueba shall deliver to the Federal Telecommunications Institute, each year during the validity of their Authorization, the measures taken to guarantee that their services are performed within a framework of quality and confidentiality.

Presented preferably through the Sistema de Organismos de Evaluación de la Conformidad ("SOEC"), through the following electronic link https://laboratorios.ift.org.mx/laboratorios/web/index.php, or through writing in free writing document , presented at the Filling Office of the Federal Institute of Telecommunications.

Compliance with the obligation or procedure is a notice, therefore, it does not require an answer from the authorities.
