Rule 13 of the Reglas de carácter general que establecen los plazos y requisitos para el otorgamiento de autorizaciones en materia de telecomunicaciones establecidas en la Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión, published in the Federal Official Gazette on July 24, 2015.

Concessionaires or authorized parties interested in the suppression, replacement or, when applicable, relocation of authorized satellites, not implying modifications to the authorized technical characteristics.

In case that suppression, replacement or, when applicable, relocation of authorized satellites, not implying modifications to the authorized technical characteristics, is required.

The notice shall be delivered 15 business days in advance to the corresponding suppression, replacement or, when applicable, relocation.

1. The notice shall be delivered 15 business days in advance to the corresponding suppression, replacement or, when applicable, relocation.

2. The federal Telecommunications Institute will register those Authorizations, notices and amendments that, when applicable, are approved, in the Public Concessions Registry, within 15 business days following the date of notice to the applicant on the granting of the corresponding Authorization or modification or, when applicable, from the day following the filing or the corresponding notice before the Federal Telecommunications Institute.
