Who?

The Powers of the Union, the States, the governing bodies of the Federal District, the Municipalities and the autonomous constitutional bodies, holders of a concession for public use. It must be considered that the potential transferee must be a public entity (the Powers of the Union, the States, the governing bodies of the Federal District, the Municipalities and the autonomous constitutional bodies).


When or in what cases?

- Public entities, where one of them holds a concession for public use, and has an interest in assigning it or another public entity.

When requested by the concessionaire holder of concession for public use and a period of three years has elapsed from the granting of the concession.

If the aforementioned prevention is not carried out in a timely manner, the Federal Telecommunications Institute will not be able to reject the procedure or service arguing that it is incomplete. Otherwise, the maximum period of resolution of the procedure or service will be suspended from the corresponding notification and will resume from the business day immediately following that in which the interested party answers.
