Article 15, fraction IV, of the Lineamientos Generales sobre la Autorización de Arrendamiento de Espectro Radioeléctrico, published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on March 30, 2016.

Who?

In case of leasing, the natural person or legal entity (Lessor) that has a concession title of radio spectrum for current commercial use or concession of radio spectrum for private use, for private communication purposes, in force.

 

In case of subletting, the natural person or legal entity (Sublessor) who has express consent of the Landlord in the Lease Agreement to sub-lease in whole or in part the use, exploitation and / or exploitation, of one or more frequency bands subject matter of the Leasing contract.


When or in what cases?

Within 15 business days following the termination of the lease or sublease contract for the radio spectrum.

Written in free format, addressed to the Head of the Deputy General Directorate of the Public Registry of Telecommunications.
