Who?

Concessionaires operating public telecommunications networks that render mobile services.


When or in what cases?

In cases of disagreement on the terms, conditions and rates that may arise in relation with roaming user services.

Decision by which the Federal Telecommunications Institute determines the conditions, terms and rates that on the subject of roaming user services had not been agreed upon.

Articles 121 and 129, second paragraph, sections VII, VIII and IX, and third paragraph of the Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión.

Once the administrative procedure is concluded, the Federal Telecommunications Institute shall issue a Decision within a term of 30 business days.
