Guideline Nineteenth of the “Lineamientos que fijan los términos bajo los cuales el Agente Económico Preponderante en el sector de las telecomunicaciones o con poder sustancial deberá tener presencia física en los puntos de intercambio de tráfico de Internet en el territorio nacional y celebrar los convenios que permitan a los proveedores de servicios de internet el intercambio interno de tráfico de manera más eficiente y menos costosa”, published in the Federal Official Gazette on July 24, 2017.
