When or in what cases?

When disagreements arise on conditions, terms and rates on the subject of shared use of infrastructure.

Decision by which the Federal Telecommunications Institute will resolve about the conditions, terms and rates not agreed between the concessionaires on the subject of shared use of infrastructure.

Once the procedure stipulated by article 129 of the Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión has concluded, the Instituto shall issue a Decision within a term of 30 business days.
