It is required that the Federal Telecommunications Institute authorizes the cession of rights in terms of article 110 of the Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión, that said creditor or third party obtains concession in terms of article 72 of the same statute, without including frequency bands of the radio spectrum in this last case; or, for the case of authorizations, said creditor or third party obtains authorization in terms of article 170 of said statute.
