4. Receipt of duties payment (know how to submit it before the Institute).

6. To take and pass first class or second class general radiotelephonist exams.

Amount

For the study of the request and, when applicable, issuance of competences certificates to install and operate civil radio stations, duties shall be paid in accordance with the following rates:                                                     

I. For Issuance $1,330.00 (one thousand three hundred thirty pesos 00/100 MXN). 

II. For the Exams $668.00 (six hundred sixty-eight pesos 00/100 MXN).

Legal basis:

Article 174-K, sections I and II of the Ley Federal de Derechos, considering the update provided for in the Omnibus Tax Ruling for 2018 and its addendum 19, published in the Federal Official Gazette on December 22, 2017.

1. All documentation required in the Specific documents to be included and/or attached for the procedure or service, in terms of applicable regulations shall be submitted, and

2. Exams on Radiocommunication such as Regulations, shall be passed.
