Legal basis:

Article 174-B, fraction I, section b of the Ley Federal de Derechos, considering the expected update in the Modification to the Anexo19 de la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal  para 2018, published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on December 21, 2018.

1. That the request is filed during the previous year to the last fifth portion of the concession’s validity term.

2. That the concessionaire is up to date in the compliance of its obligations as stipulated by Law and any other applicable regulations, as well as its concession title.

3. That the concessionaire accepts in advance the new conditions that may be established.
