When Telecommunications Networks Concessionaires and/or Telecommunications Services Traders request to transfer the rights of series or blocks of geographic or non-geographic numbering.

1.1 Destination administrative body to which both, assignor and assignee jointly address their request, and place and date of issuance.
1.2 Name, corporate name or designation of the petitioners or, when applicable, of their legal representative;
1.3 Address for service for the assignor and the assignee.
1.4 Name and electronic mail of the person or Persons authorized as agents for service in behalf of the assignor and assignee.
1.5 The facts and arguments motivating the request.
1.6 List of numbers to assign, including at least:
For geographic numbering: name of the town or city, region identification number, series, initial number, final number, network type and mode of the numbering to be transferred as well as, when applicable, transfer implementation date, taking into account twenty calendar days from the corresponding authorization date, needed to be reflected in the National Numbering Plan.
For non-geographic numbering: name of non-geographic service, series, initial number and final number of the numbering to be transferred, as well as, when applicable, transfer implementation date, taking into account twenty calendar days from the corresponding authorization date, needed to be reflected in the National Numbering Plan.

-   The geographic numbering assigned in accordance to the National Numbering Plan may be transferred to another telecommunications service provider when jointly requested by the assignor and the assignee. The latter shall accredit its authorization for both the type of service (fixed and/or mobile) and coverage area associated to the numbering it will receive, and must have an origin local network identification (IDO) or an administrative identification code (IDA).

-   The Blocks of Numbers or geographic series to be transferred shall be equal to the assignments registered in the Fundamental Technical Numbering Plan.

-   The non-geographic numbering assigned in accordance to the National Numbering Plan may be transferred to another telecommunications service provider when jointly requested by the assignor and the assignee. The latter shall accredit its authorization for fixed and/or mobile service and national coverage to provide those services, and must have a long distance operator identification code (ABC) or an administrative identification code (IDA).

-   The Blocks of Numbers or series to be transferred shall be equal to the assignments registered in the Fundamental Technical Numbering Plan.

It shall be jointly requested by the telecommunications service provider who holds the assignment of the numbering (assignor) and the telecommunications service provider who receives the numbering (assignee).

The blocks of numbers or series to be transferred shall be equal to the assignments registered in the Fundamental Technical Numbering Plan and the assignee shall be authorized for the type of service and coverage associated to the numbering.
