This notice is not required in case that the subscription or disposal refers to stock or shares representing neutral investment in terms of the Foreign Investment Law, or in the case of capital stock increases subscribed by the same shareholders, provided that the proportion of participation of each one of them is not modified.

Similarly, it is not necessary in the case of merger, separation or corporate restructuring, provided that the changes in shareholding take place within the same controlling group or economic agent. The Federal Telecommunications Institute must be notified within 30 calendar days following the
