The subjects regulated by the Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión or any person who has knowledge of facts that could contravene the legal, regulatory and administrative provisions regarding telecommunications and radio broadcasting.

When it has knowledge of conducts that contravene the legal, regulatory and administrative dispositions in matter of telecommunications and radio broadcasting.

In order to inform facts that may imply a presumption of responsibility for acts or omissions of the Institute´s public servants in the performance of their employment, position or commission, within the framework of the Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas, you can submit your complaint to the Internal Control Body of the Federal Telecommunications Institute, through the Deputy General Directorate of Complaints and Investigations in one of the following ways:

• By written document presented in the Filling Office of the Internal Control Body of the Federal Telecommunications Institute,

If the prevention indicated in time and form is not carried out, the Institute will not be able to reject the procedure or service arguing that it is incomplete. Otherwise, the maximum period of resolution of the procedure or service will be suspended as of the corresponding notification and will resume from the business day immediately following that in which the interested party answers.
