When a request exists from the concessionaire of broadcasted television.to the concessionaire of restricted satellite television, relating to the blocking of programmatic content, related to public live events not to be transmitted by the concessionaires of broadcasted television in said zone during the time assigned to said event in the corresponding programming channel.
