Amount

Duties will be paid in terms of the stipulations of the Ley Federal de Derechos for the accreditation of representatives or proxies, after those first appointed.

1. $1,504.00 (one thousand five hundred four pesos 00/100) - For the case of concession titles on the subject of telecommunications and broadcasting.

2. $752.12 (seven hundred fifty-two pesos 00/100 MXN) - For the case of concessions for public and social use on the subject of telecommunications and broadcasting.

3. $1,504.00 (one thousand five hundred four pesos 00/100) - For the case of permissions or authorizations to establish and operate or exploit a trading Company of telecommunications services;

4. $1,504.00 (one thousand five hundred four pesos 00/100) - For the case of authorizations to install, operate or exploit terrestrial stations to transmit satellite signals, or permissions to install and operate terrestrial transmission stations, and

 5. $1,504.00 (one thousand five hundred four pesos 00/100) - For the case of authorizations to exploit emission and reception rights of signals and frequency bands associated to foreign satellite systems that cover and may render service within the national territory.
