Concessionaires and other subjects regulated by the Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión that hold an enabling title to operate sound broadcasting stations in the frequency modulation band.


When or in what cases?

In case concessionaires and other subjects regulated by the Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión that hold an enabling title to operate sound broadcasting stations in the amplitude modulation band (AM) have obtained an authorization from the Federal Telecommunications Institute to perform a change of frequency of their station to the Frequency Modulation Band (FM) and have accepted the new conditions established by the Institute.
