Article 15, fraction II, of the Lineamientos Generales sobre la Autorización de Arrendamiento de Espectro Radioeléctrico, published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on March 30, 2016.

Who?

In the case of leasing, natural person or legal entity (Lessor) that has a concession title of radio spectrum for current commercial use or concession of radio spectrum for private use, for private communication purposes, in force.

 

In the case of subletting, natural person or legal entity (Sublessor) who has express consent of the Lessor in the Lease Agreement to sub-lease in whole or in part the use, exploitation and / or exploitation, of one or more frequency bands subject matter of the Leasing contract


When or in what cases?

Within 15 business days following the termination of the lease or sublease contract for the radio spectrum.
