Guideline Twelfth, section XI, of Chapter V of the Lineamientos para la acreditación, autorización, designación y reconocimiento de laboratorios de prueba, published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on March 7, 2016. 

Who?

Third party, national, credited and authorized Testing Laboratories.


When or in what cases?

The Testing Laboratory shall keep the Federal Telecommunications Institute informed about signatories authorized to sign the corresponding Test Reports. In case of changes in signatories, the Testing Laboratory shall notify the fact to the Federal Telecommunications Institute at least 2 calendar days in advance to the occurrence of these changes.

Presented preferably through the Sistema de Organismos de Evaluación de la Conformidad ("SOEC"), through the following electronic link https://laboratorios.ift.org.mx/laboratorios/web/index.php, or through writing in free format , presented at the Filling Office of the Federal Institute of Telecommunications.

In case of procedures performed before the Filing Office, a simple copy of the request shall be delivered, in case the interested party requires an acknowledgment of receipt.
