Guideline Twelfth, sections IV and V, of Chapter V of the Lineamientos para la acreditación, autorización, designación y reconocimiento de laboratorios de prueba, published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on March 7, 2016. 

Who?

Third party, national, accredited and authorized Testing Laboratories.


When or in what cases?

In case any of the following assumptions is present in relation to a member or members of the national third party accredited and authorized Testing Laboratory:

1. Is a relative of any of the interested parties or their representatives in a straight line at any degree, in collateral by kinship up to the fourth degree and in collateral by relationship up to the second;

2. Has a personal, family or business interest in the matter, including those that mean a benefit for him or her, or his or her spouse or relatives in the degrees indicated in the preceding numeral, and

3. His or her spouse or relatives in straight line at any degree is a heir, legatee, beneficiary of donation or guarantor of any of the interested parties or their representatives, in case they have accepted the inheritance, legacy or donation.

 

The Testing Laboratory shall notify the Federal Telecommunications Institute of such situation within a term of 15 calendar days from the realization of any of these assumptions.

Presented preferably through the Sistema de Organismos de Evaluación de la Conformidad ("SOEC"), through the following electronic link https://laboratorios.ift.org.mx/laboratorios/web/index.php, or through writing in free format , presented at the Filling Office of the Federal Institute of Telecommunications.

In case of procedures performed before the Filing Office, a simple copy of the request shall be delivered, in case the interested party requires an acknowledgment of receipt.
