Who?

Concessionaires of public telecommunications networks.


When or in what cases?

The concessionaires shall reserve, free of charge, for the distribution of the television signals indicated by the Federal Executive through the Federal Telecommunications Institute.

1. One channel, when the service is composed of 31 to 37 channels.

2. Two channels, when the service is composed of 38 to 45 channels; and

3. Three channels, when the service is composed of 46 to 64 channels. In excess of the latter, a channel will be added for each 32 transmission channels.
