When or in what cases?

When it is desired to obtain a concession title to use and take advantage of the radio frequency spectrum bands, for private use, with the purpose of satisfying their internal communication needs

Written in free format, accompanied by the “IFT Form - Type B2 Radio Spectrum Concession. Private use to meet communication needs of embassies or diplomatic missions visiting the country”, presented before the Filing Office of the Federal Institute of Telecommunications.

If resolved in a favorable sense, the title of Concession on radio spectrum for private use will be issued, which will have a Not-extendable validity of up to 2 years.

If the resolution is not favorable, said determination will be notified to the interested party at the address indicated for such purpose.

The amount of the consideration is determined during the process, depending on the project presented in each case.
