In the event that the concessionaire wants to provide the public services that cover their unique concession title for commercial use, through those who make up the economic agent or economic interest group of which they take part.

Authorization letter for the provision of public telecommunications or broadcasting services, issued by the Concessions and Services Unit Owner, the General Directorate of Telecommunications Concessions or the General Directorate of Broadcasting Concessions

Articles 19, 20 fraction XVIII, 32, 33 fraction XXIII and 34 fraction XXIII of the Estatuto Orgánico del Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones y la condición correspondiente de los títulos de concesión única para uso comercial.

The application letter must contain the following:

 

I. Electronic folio of the unique concession title for commercial use.

 

II. In the event that the request to provide public telecommunications or broadcasting services is through a legal entity, the name, business or company name of the person, legal status and general data of the public instrument where it is established must be specified.

 

III. In the event that the request to provide public telecommunications or broadcasting services is through a natural person, name and current official identification.

 

IV. Address to receive notifications.

 

V. Name, phone number or email address of the person or persons authorized to receive notifications.

 

Signature of the interested party or his legal representative.

Documents:

 

I. In the event that the request to provide public services of telecommunications or broadcasting is through a legal entity, submit the original or certified copy of the public instrument issued before notary public, where the legal constitution is stated.

 

 II. In the event that the request to provide public telecommunications or broadcasting services is through a natural person, submit an original or certified copy of the official identification and a simple copy for comparison.

1 month.

 

 If the prevention indicated in time and form is not carried out, the Federal Telecommunications Institute will not be able to reject the procedure or service arguing that it is incomplete. Otherwise, the maximum period of resolution of the procedure or service will be suspended as of the corresponding notification and will resume from the business day immediately following that in which the interested party answers.
