If the aforementioned prevention is not carried out in a timely manner, the Federal Telecommunications Institute will not be able to reject the procedure or service arguing that it is incomplete. Otherwise, the maximum term of resolution of the procedure or service will be suspended as of the corresponding notification and will resume from the business day immediately following that in which the interested party answers.
