The prevention of missing information must be done within 30 calendar days following the submission of the authorization request letter to expand the coverage area.
If the prevention is not met within the aforementioned period, the Institute may reject the procedure. The maximum deadline of the resolution of the procedure will be suspended as of the corresponding notification and will resume from the business day immediately following that in which the interested party responds to the request.

The deadline for responding to the request may be extended on a single occasion without such extension exceeding in any case of half of the originally scheduled period, such request for extension must be presented in a free writing within the period granted.
